PRINCE2 Fasttrack (English)

You are an experienced Project Manager and you want to learn all about PRINCE2 in a short periode of time. You want to get to the core of PRINCE2 (Foundation and Practitioner level) because you can refer to and build on your own experience. Certification is of interest to you, because your organization is already working or going to work with PRINCE2. You want to understand both theoretical and practical application.

In a short time you get an overview of all aspects of project management and the depth of PRINCE2 offered. You exercise with Foundation and Practitioner exam questions. One and the same case/scenario is used throughout the course. Together with your own examples, this will soon give you a good picture and feeling of how you can apply PRINCE2 in daily practice.

With the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certificate you can prove that you are a certified PRINCE2 project manager.
